Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as each order is prepared with care.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing
  • International: 7–21 business days after processing

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, it is in the care of the carrier.

Bloom by Maria Bella is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues. However, we are happy to assist you in locating your package and guiding next steps.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bloombymariabella.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will make it right.


International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply.
